Ever wonder how your roofing sheets are created, profiled, or coloured? It all begins with high-quality steel coils. We source these raw materials from reputable suppliers, with Tata Steel being a primary partner. These massive steel coils arrive at our facility pre-galvanised, a crucial step that ensures the material is inherently protected against the elements. This galvanisation process is essential for providing long-lasting rust resistance, ensuring that your finished roof remains durable and secure for years to come. By starting with superior, treated steel, we guarantee that every roofing sheet we produce meets the highest standards of structural integrity and weather protection.
The Origins of
Our Roofing Sheets

The Roll Forming
Process
Processing heavy steel coils—often weighing between 3.5 and 5 tonnes—requires expert handling with precision forklifts. Once positioned, the steel is fed into our roll forming machine. The initial stage shapes the centre profile, followed by successive stations that form the remaining patterns until the sheet reaches its finished state. This method ensures the sheet retains maximum structural strength throughout the forming process. After profiling, a guillotine cuts the sheet to your exact project specifications. Finally, we neatly stack the finished sheets and apply a protective cover to prevent scuffs, followed by a rigorous quality check by our dedicated team.
